Welcome Cuarteto SolTango!

We are very excited to announce a new collaboration with the start of the new season: The wonderful Cuarteto SolTango now enriches the roster of the Künstlersekretariat Schoerke.

With violin, cello, bandoneon and piano, Thomas Reif, Karel Bredenhorst, Andreas Rokseth and Martin Klett present works arranged by the latter from the Golden Era of Tango; among others by Osvaldo Pugliese, Aníbal Troilo and Horacia Salgán. They have already played at festivals such as the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival, the Heidelberger Frühling or at the Bayrischer Rundfunk.

The Allgäuer Anzeigenblatt recently wrote about their concert: “This German-Dutch-Norwegian “Cuarteto Soltango” plays Argentine tango as vividly, as authentically and fiercely as one of the best tango orchestras of the 1930s to 1950s in Buenos Aires.”

And that is exactly why we are looking forward to accompany these four musicians on their journey!
