Tzimon Barto performs in Wiesbaden and Frankfurt

Two concerts featuring Tzimon Barto are just around the corner: In Wiesbaden, he will be performing Mozart’s d-minor concerto together with the Hessian State Orchestra under Zsolt Hamar and, in Frankfurt, he will join the Museums- und Opernorchester under Lawrence Foster to present Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue. Tzimon Barto, a man of many talents, makes these works seem as if they were made for him. His sincere performance of Mozart’s renowned d-minor concerto written in 1785 excels with rich timbre not to mention Barto’s unconventional, heartfelt approach – most fitting for this concert in d-minor, which for Mozart embodies the pinnacle of dramatic expression. Tzimon Barto offers a lively, care-free performance of the popular Rhapsody in Blue accentuated with rhythmic finesse and spontaneity . The work, reminiscent of jazz music, was composed in 1924. Both concerts promise an exquisite listening experience and testify to Tzimon Barto’s incredible artistic versatility.
