Tzimon Barto gets off to a successful start in the New Year

Though 2016 is still young, Tzimon Barto has already achieved a number of successes. He earned praise from critics and audiences alike in early January during his New Year’s tour together with the Schleswig Holstein Festival Orchester in China. During several concerts in Shanghai, Beijing and other cities, his programme included Tchaikovsky’s piano concerto in b flat minor.

Back in Europe, recitals in Germany and Switzerland featuring works from Rameau, Haydn, Gasparini and Schubert in addition to Bach’s Goldberg Variations followed.
