Summer Concerts with Christian Poltéra

Despite continuing cancellations due to the pandemic, Christian Poltéra is looking forward to a variety of concerts and festivals during the last weeks of summer.
Next week he will be at the Moritzburg Festival to perform among other pieces Brahms’ string quintet No. 2 and Schostakowitch’s Cello Sonata.
Together with an ensemble led by Isabelle Faust he will then perform Schönberg’s Transfiguered Night at
Salzburger Festspiele and Schloss Elmau.
At the beginning of September he will travel back to Austria to play works by many composers like Rachmaninov, Haydn and Piazzolla at Musiktage Mondsee and Arsonore in Graz.
