Martin Stadtfeld at the Dresden Music Festival

On May 31st, Martin Stadtfeld gives a varied recital in the summery ambience of the Palais im Großen Garten as part of the Dresden Music Festival. In line with this year’s motto of “Spiegel”, Martin Stadtfeld reflects over a cross-section of 400 years of music history, from Buxtehude to Bach and Chopin to Heucke, on the complex dimensions of the various works and epochs,
creating interpretations with a point of view again and again departing from Bach’s music. This gives Stadtfeld’s music an inner logic and intellectual insight that is second to none and that will certainly delight the experienced Dresden audience.
