Marie-Luise Neunecker visiting London

On May 13th, Marie-Luise Neunecker will perform the Hamburg Concerto for horn, chamber orchestra and four natural horns by György Ligeti at Queen Elisabeth Hall in London, together with the Aurora Orchestra and Nicholas Collon conducting.
As part of a Ligeti focus, she will perform with Patricia Kopatchinskaja (violin) and Pierre-Laurent Aimard (piano) on May 11th with his Trio for Violin, Horn and Piano. Effortlessly, she masters this demanding “Hommage á Brahms”, in which the composer makes Beethoven’s “Les Adieux” a central theme.
