Isabelle van Keulen performs down under

Isabelle van Keulen is currently visiting faraway Australia. On the 27th, 28th and 30th of October, she presented highly successful performances of Prokofiev’s First Violin Concerto with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Andrew Manze. Of course, Isabelle van Keulen is no stranger to the distant continent, having attracted a wide audience to the Konzerthaus. She impressed and convinced with her musical brilliance and fine sense of Prokofiev’s musical language.

After a short stop in Sydney, the journey now continues to New Zealand. In Auckland, Isabelle van Keulen plays Mendelssohn’s fabulous Violin Concerto in E minor on November 9th with the Auckland Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Giordano Bellincampi.
