Christian Zacharias returns to Paris

In October, Christian Zacharias joined the Orchestre de Paris to perform a celebrated Beethoven programme in Paris’ Philharmonie. In the coming days, he will once again be taking the conductor’s stand alongside the renowned French orchestra to conduct, but also to play works by Mozart in the French capital on 4^th and 5^th of March.
Mozart once wrote: “Melody is the essence of music.” Christian Zacharias performance of Mozart’s music remains true to this adage and has succeeded in resurrecting the composer’s timeless melodies in a both elegant and passionate manner. Whether on the piano or at the conductor’s stand – his interpretations exude an honest, genuine air – a musical celebration of life that will both captivate and delight listeners.
