Christian Poltéra Artist in Residence at Schwetzinger Festspiele

This week there will be three concerts with Artist in Residence Christian Poltéra at the Schwetzinger Festspiele.
To start with, on thursday him and Ronald Brautigam at the pianoforte will present a colorful program with pieces by Brahms, R. Schumann, Liszt and Chopin.
On Friday, Christian Poltéra, Esther Hoppe and Juho Pohjonen will play Schubert’s Piano trio in B major before being joined by Pascal Moragues for the second half and Messiaen’s Quatuor pour la fin du temps.
The last concert of the residency will be on friday. With the help of Wolf Wondratschek, who will read from his Mara-novel, Christian Poltéra’s famous cello will be brought into focus.
