Jonian Ilias Kadesha at the Tonhalle Düsseldorf
Jonian Ilias Kadesha will perform this Sunday with the Chaarts Chamber Artists at the Tonhalle Düsseldorf. As part of the “Schafroth geht ins Konzert” series, the event’s namesake, Maxi Schafroth, will host the evening.
The program ranges from 18th-century Italy with Vivaldi’s Grosso mogul, through Russian and Austrian impressions of the country with Hugo Wolf’s Italian Serenade and Igor Stravinsky’s Suite Italienne, to the contemporary composer Giovanni Sollima, who wrote the concerto Tyche specifically for these musicians.
