Lübeck welcomes Tobias Feldmann

Despite his young age, Tobias Feldmann is already able to look back on an impressive career path replete with major concerts, high-profile competitions, successful recordings and enthusiastic audiences. Lübeck is now welcoming Tobias Feldmann, who will join the Philharmonisches Orchester der Hansestadt Lübeck under Ryusuke Numajiri to play Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto in E Minor. The concert is one of Mendelssohn’s most famous works and a staple in any soloist’s repertoire. The bar has therefore been set very high, but Tobias Feldmann is poised to take on the challenge. His keen sense of music combined with his precise, technical finesse ensures that he will do justice to both the lyrical character and technical subtleties of the work. It is always a joy to witness Tobias Feldmann’s energetic performances as well as his charismatic presence on the stage.
