Isabelle van Keulen Ensemble on tour

Isabelle van Keulen is touring with her ensemble in February. As usual, the troupe will be performing the passionate tangos of Astor Piazzolla. In Madrid und Alicante, the ensemble will combine Piazzolla’s works with pieces by Bach ingeniously blending old and new, intellect and passion. In Ankara, Isabelle van Keulen and her ensemble take to the stage alongside the Bilkent Symphony Orchestra under Rolf Gupta to play his arrangement of Piazzolla’s Tangos specially prepared for this occasion with a large orchestra ensemble. In addition, they will be performing the well known Concierto del Angel, also previously arranged by Rolf Gupta. Finally, the musicians will perform a programme dedicated exclusively to traditional tango pieces. Audiences can expect lively tones, unbridled rhythms as well as a flair for the impulsive from the four musicians!
