Francesco Piemontesi on tour with Sir Roger Norrington and the SWR Symphony Orchestra

At the beginning of his tour with the SWR Symphony Orchestra, Francesco Piemontesi will perform under the direction of none other than Sir Roger Norrington in the Stuttgart Liederhalle on the 8th and 9th of March. Piemontesi performs Beethoven’s Piano Concerto no. 3 in C minor. Beethoven wrote about music: “Only harmony can arouse passion. The melody takes all her strength!” When Piemontesi plays Beethoven, one clearly hears this conviction, inspiring audiences worldwide with his sensitive interpretations. The tour then takes Piemontesi and Norrington via Mannheim and Freiburg to concerts in Wales and England with the grand finale in the prestigious Cadogan Hall in London.
